Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 13C 5G in India with all the essential features a smartphone should have at an affordable price. The Redmi 13C is aimed at ordinary Indians who want to switch to a 5G smartphone.

Redmi 13C was already launched in the global market but it was 4G. But unlike that, it is noteworthy that Xiaomi has now launched the 5G variant in India. It is Xiaomi’s success that it has recognized the interest of Indians to switch to 5G phones.

Key Features of Redmi 13C 5G:

The phone comes with a 6.74-inch touchscreen display with 720×1600 pixels (HD+) resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. Redmi 13C 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimension 6100 Plus processor. The Redmi 13C comes with up to 8GB of RAM, up to 8GB of virtual RAM, UFS 2.2 storage and Gorilla Glass protection for the display. The phone also offers 256GB of storage. There is also a microSD card slot for expanding storage supports up to 1TB.

The Redmi 13C 5G sports a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel main camera with f/f/1.8 aperture. An 8-megapixel sensor with f/f/2.2 aperture is provided on the front for selfies. This phone runs on MIUI 14 based on Andro 13.

The Redmi 13C 5G has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The company ships only a 10W charger with the phone. There is a side-mounted quick unlock fingerprint scanner, a teardrop notch on the front of the phone and Gorilla Glass 3 coating on the screen.

At a starting price of Rs 10,999 the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the Redmi 13C 5G has been launched in India . The 6GB+ 128GB variant is priced at Rs 12,499 and the 8GB+ 256GB varient is priced at Rs 14,499. Initially, you can get a discount of Rs 1000 as a bank offer.
